Opening day @ #EdSpark gives guests a hint of what is to come in the following days

#EdSpark kicked off the first day of One Spark showcasing 31 Creators that are passionate about bettering education for all ages in creative, interactive and innovative ways.

The venue launched the day with a fun-filled and interactive Story Time by the Jacksonville Public Library in the Terry Theatre. The kids got to engage and interact with the story and let their imaginations wander through the wonderful world of fiction.

After the story, the families made their way through the Creators answering questions about the meaning of education, sampling scrumptious foods and delights, playing with hula-hoops and even petting Midnight the Horse!

There were so many activities for #EdSpark visitors to do from learning Spanish to making crafts with Creators and Girl Scouts and this is only the first day!

We have so much more planned for the entire week that you don’t want to miss out on including:

  • Fieldtrips from local schools
  • Morning Story Times from the Jacksonville Public Library

  • Performances by Crescendo Kids and The Jacksonville Symphony

and more!

So gather your family and get to Downtown Jacksonville to experience the unforgettable family adventure at the #EdSpark venue at the world’s largest crowdfunding festival, One Spark.
